Sayyadna and Ibn Sayyadna Ibrahim (Spiritual Sacrifice) Son of the Prophet Muhammad saw.
Hazrat Ibrahim ibne Rasool Allah saw ky halat e zindagi:
 |
| Hazrat Ibrahim a.s bin Muhammad saw |
Introduction and living conditions:
Sayyadna Ibrahim a.s was the son of the last Prophet saw. His mother was Hazrat Maria al-Qibtiyya, whom King Muqawqis of Alexandria sent as a gift to the Prophet saw. She and her sister Sireen both came as a gift. The Prophet handed over Sireen to Hassan bin Thabit. From them was born Abdur Rahman bin Hassan. So Abdur Rahman and Hazrat Ibrahim, the son of the Prophet, are cousins. Hazrat Ibrahim was born in Dhul-Hijjah, 8 AH. The Prophet was very happy with his birth. He was born in Medina. His midwife was Hazrat Salma, the wife of Abu Rafi, who was a freed slave of the Prophet. (In connection with this service), The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave him a slave and performed the Aqiqah of Hazrat Ibrahim on the seventh day after his birth and named him (also on the seventh day). He gave silver equal to the weight of his hair in charity and people buried his hair.
Zubair (who was the greatest scholar of all) has said the same.
The Prophet's visit to meet his son Ibrahim:
It is narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said (to his companions in the morning): "A child was born to me tonight, and I have named him after my father, Ibrahim (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Then he entrusted Ibrahim to Umm Saif, the wife of a blacksmith in Medina. It is narrated in the hadith of Shayban that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to see his son and accompanied him to Abu Saif, who was lighting a fire in his furnace. His house was filled with smoke. So I went ahead of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he stopped working. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called his son and hugged him and said whatever Allah willed.
Death oh Hazrat Ibrahim bin Rasool Allah.
Hazrat Anas says that after that, I went with Hazrat Abu Saif once again and I saw Hazrat Ibrahim in a state of ecstasy before the Messenger of Allah. It is narrated in the Hadith of Hadiya that the eyes of the Messenger of Allah were shedding tears, and in the Hadith of Shayban that both eyes of the Messenger of Allah were shedding tears. Then the Messenger of Allah said, "The eyes are shedding tears and the heart is sad, but we only say with our tongues what our Lord is pleased with." And in the Hadith of Shayban (this also) it is narrated that (the Messenger of Allah said), "O Ibrahim, we are saddened by your separation." And Zubair has said that there was a dispute among the Ansar about who should suckle Hazrat Ibrahim. They wanted to leave Hazrat Maria to serve Rasool Allah (not to take the job of suckling him) because the Messenger of Allah loved her. Then Umm Burda came, whose name was Khawla bint Mundhir bin Zaid bin Labid bin Khadash bin Aamir bin Ghanem bin Adi bin Najjar, who was the mother of the Prophet. Bara' bin Aws bin Khalid bin Sa'd bin Awf bin Mabdhul bin Umar and bin Ghanem bin Mazen bin Najjar, they asked the Messenger of Allah to suckle them. So she used to suckle Hazrat Ibrahim with the milk of one of her sons. She used to take Ibrahim to the tribe of the Prophet Mazen bin Najjar to suckle him and then she would return Ibrahim to his mother (i.e. Hazrat Maria). The Messenger of Allah gave Umm Burda (in her prayers) some date palm trees.
